ALL SALES ARE FINAL
USFitness LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, whether the equipment is new or used.
WARRANTY ON NEW EQUIPMENT
Select new equipment is covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by manufacturer and by machine — please ask a USFitness LLC representative at the time of purchase for the specific warranty details applicable to your item, or refer to any warranty documentation included with the equipment.
If a covered defect arises, the manufacturer's warranty process (repair, replacement, or parts, as applicable) is the remedy — this is separate from, and not a "return" or "refund" of, your purchase.
USED EQUIPMENT
Used equipment is sold "as is" and is not covered by any warranty from USFitness LLC, except where a manufacturer's warranty is still active and transferable. See our Liability Disclaimer for more detail on used equipment.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law, including remedies available under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act for defective new goods still under warranty.
Note: This no-refund policy is also posted at our physical store location, as required under California law.
